I don't know if he'd fit your preferences... Qa'Shaar was designed to be a sphyix khajiit (which technically doesn't exist in Elder Scrolls), but to be honest he can function perfectly as a hairless lion anthro. he's a pretty cantankerous merchant with no permanent home.
