Except she doesn't have a Classic Counterpart. Sure, some interpretations of Shade Man could count, but all his eye lazers do in-game is turn you into a rock. And Bell Man is a fanmade Robot Master, so he automatically doesn't count.

Well I know it isn't classic but if Navi partners are allowed she'd work well with Flashman.exe. Both are hypnotic powered after all. But yeah unless you count any Flash type weapon as hypnosis then she really has no counterparts.
