Sadly yes. 
Actually, my mother got a devastating case of food poisoning from poorly-attended buffet food, once. 
I do love the detail in the expelled nastiness... the burp clearly depicts sound, the noxious fumes from the rear have a great variance in tones, and the puke, well it floods... Heh.

Oh, and though it's disgusting.... very well made, and so smooth!
