I think the main reason for a blockade on Gaza is because Hamas took over the place violenty and are turning the place into "Hamastan", an Iranian influenced Sharia country. In general, they would probably be accepted by the Arab world if they wouldn't act like fools asking the Muslim brotherhood to take control over Egypt, Syria and other close proximity countries. To be accepted by the West, they would need to discard their "martyrdom seeking" ideology, and I'm thinking that is too much to ask of them. For that reason, I don't see them being accepted by the west and for both reasons, I can't see the blockade being lifted... even Arab countries don't want that.
