Never read Deadpool/Death specials and whatnot? Deadpool is borderline dead and meets Death and she falls in love with him. Thanos later on gets jealous and curses Deadpool with immortality so he can never be with her.
I missed that one. I'll have to check it out. I hated Deadpool early on, but he's grown on me. That sounds like a fun story
