I voted generally love it, cos I GENERALLY like new layout changes.

Lots of people, from what I saw while leafing through comments in forums, notices, journals is that people who liked previous versions don't like this one. So it's not just those who have trouble with layout changes with this one, I notice.

I'm mainly ticked off by the fact it auto defaults to small view on deviations now when you used to be able to change that in your options.
And that annoying little speech balloon that pops up after someone faves your stuff saying 'Now write a comment'! I'm personally part of the crew that doesn't mind if you fave without commenting, and I have several stamps to that effect so I dislike deviantart changing my opinion for me.

Yesss.. that's a minus. I do like the new layout for deviation pages in that there's more room for the pictures without the sidebar there.. and that they changed the layout of written submissions to look much sharper/contrasted. But why remove the auto-fullview option? (I miss the search bar, TBH. First thing I noticed was gone.. and discovering it only on the front page reminded me why I don't like to see the front page.)

Yeah, I miss le olde search bar too. T_T The front page is always full of shit no matter whether you've got it set to new or popular deviations...
