Not counting ones that simply stand up on their legs, Jynx does...Hitmonchan...maybe Hariyama...most of these would be fighting types, but even then, you're right in the fact that they are usually much more detailed.
True, but not in the way that Angemon or Angewomon or Devimon does. While the ones you mentioned do have basic human shapes, they're nowhere near as close to humans as some Digimon are.
