really what the fuck do they think they are doing??
those movies were never made to be seen in 3D, and like remaking the original starwars only corrupts its timeless greatness.
there are countless stories out there, why can't they get the fuck off the old ones!?
i guess i know the answer to the question, or at lest one bullshit explanation:
hollywood doesn't have the money to be experimenting with new ideas due to piracy and stuff, they have to invest in tried and true ideas from the past that they know will at least be somewhat of a solid financial investment. they say they haven't got the money to try risky new ideas.
which makes me sad because i went to college for writing, and i come up with fresh new ideas for fun.
