I dunno dude, the punisher carries a few guns right? Well the boss with a few quick flicks of her rist would have those weapons in pieces, and the punishers ammo scattered all over the place, forceing him to fight hand to hand with the boss and she is remarkable at that!
the punisher went to war, he has all of this martial arts expertise.. he can kick her ass.
oh and she also knows all of her martial arts and even created a few of her own techniques, like CQC, which really kicks ass!
