Cinnamon plums are simply amazing.
You just take plums, cut the pits out, slice them into four pieces mix them in a baking tray with water, cinnamon and sugar and then bake them for about 30mins at about 170°C. You can store them in jam jars in your fridge for about two weeks. And if you're not a big plum person it works just about the same with other pitted fruits like peaches, apricots and greengages.
