I had a "friend" who was the same way. She'd be like "your my best friend ever" then once she found a cooler friend she would instantly ignore me, then when she got into a fight with her "cooler" friend she would be like "your my true friend" only to dump me for another cool friend a month later. People like that are just users who have no respect for anyone but themselves.
