Jeez thats pretty ridiculous, but i guess thats how people are sometimes... I think Ive heard of this happening before, pretty annoying to accuse someone of that
It happens with characters alot.
And usually they aren't that original.
Once I found an aquatic character with the same name as one I owned who was also aquatic themed and shared lots of similarities.
But I didn't attack them for it.
Infact I said how it was funny that two people could have such similar ideas.
It happens in the non digital world too. Once a company filled a lawsuit against another because a character was too similar to a concept sketch they made years ago that they never even used. :/

Thats mature of you! I havent seen anyone online that has got similar things to mine but Id try to not get mad about it either! And yeah companies and their lawsuits,, sometimes I feel like court is a way to make money instead of exacting justice lol

I have always suffered from feelings of originality.
I get diagnosed with a disorder and I actually get upset because 'I'm not even medically unique.'
But i've realized that even though everything has been done before, the thing you create is still unique, just because someone has had a character that looks the same as yours doesn't mean it's the same, it'll still be different in it's own ways.
