Yes, definitely. Where I come from, there ARE such beings called Glow Wolves. They're very rare, and are only found on Arcadia and Elvendor. And considering that the country on my planet in which they come from was destroyed, I'd say that they're not around on Elvendor anymore. It's what comes with war...
