Sadly, I don't wear hanging earrings because I have a perpetual fear (which is really quite silly) that they'll rip my ears off. So, studs for me.

That seem like a tough fear to handle. I've had some really heavy ones in my ears and nothing ripped from it but my ears was a bit sore though. Most of the earrings I make are pretty light since I don't like heavy stuff hanging from my ears myself.
It was really fun to make. I'm planning on putting it up on etsy again soon

Yeah, it's really annoying when I see a pretty set and I'm like "no, my ears will fall off"
If it is something that bugs you, you can try with a small pair with dangling stuff on a pair of studs and then work yourself up from there.
Ah, thanks for the tip! Hopefully, by the time I'm comfortable with them I can buy that set I've had my eyes on in the store >.<
