She is. Yeah she seems to be the only real genuine friend to have in Skyrim especially since she cares enough to ask your character about their parents and personal life. Me too she seems to be a very lonely and sad person despite being a very old vampire she is very human.
What other characters do you like in Skyrim?
Hard to say, I like Lydia, I think the high elf Niranye at windhelm, Ysolda seems nice but probably my other favourite character in Skyrim would haveto be Paarthurnax he is just plain awesome and what about you?

Onmund (he's such a freak of nature, but I think he's cute so I married him), Serana (because she's s sweet girl even for a vampire), Paarthurnax (he's like a father to my character, I can't bring myself to kill him), Brelyna (again, she's cute), and Miraak (despite the fact that he's kinda like Ulfric, but I love him. He's just so badass!).
That's all I got so far.
