Even one of the genius founders of DeviantArt is not using it anymore but he is using Instagram and Twitter - which is a great reference and proves my point that posting on dA is pretty much pointless.

I came here for nostalgia, but I see some poeple comes here to comment about how shitty deviant art turned to be, but I think in most cases deviant art serves the same purpose as ever, that is share with your friends, not make you famous nor nothing else. most poeple just is just fine with few watchers poeple the know somehow, others just like to have thousands of pageviews, but most of their stuff is about the same, because we all copy or learn from others somehow. this is just a site with millions or almost millions of users. and most of them use it much like facebook, only that they post art stuff
This site fucked up my friend. She just wanted to have a good time here and share her art only to be made fun of and harassed. Managed to make her suicidal even. I don't know what little nostalgia is left here anymore. I don't even know why I joined other than to prevent other users from going through what she did.
