Land of Mo ?
That's southeast of Oz. In my best fan-fic, CASPER IN OZ, Casper regarded Mo as a fiction, too weird for even Oz (located in Earth's 3rd hemisphere)- until,at the victory feast, the King of Mo and his four prince sons (subkings now, who rotate on a regular basis) show up.
My last 4 Casper fan-fics I now regard as my swan song, and all need massive rewriting, BUT I do not have the oomph to do so !
Wow!!! I with they would make your story into a mini-series! 
Casper fan-fic is an awesome concept, I've never seen someone else do it. Perhaps IDW would hire you for a Casper comic? Or it it BOOM studios? Whoever is now doing Pink Panther comics.
