Really depends on the faction. Grineer its a lot of kitbash work, Tenno and Orokin i try and pull from the organics of Art Nouveau and corpus typically I'm looking at a lot of power tools and more traditional tech.  Otherwise I try and just go crazy idea wise and see what sticks!
