I'm doing very well thanks. Got married last week and just got back from the honeymoon a couple of days ago I was having trouble with the heat but two weeks in Massachusetts during a heat wave has given me a whole new perspective on 'too hot'. Now California seems downright comfortable!

I have been working with a real estate agent to find a house with a BIG shop or garage. It will be used exclusively for prop making. You and your wife are invited!

It must be pretty great to be at the point of looking for a place specifically because it has a workshop space. I really like imagining that some day I'll have a dedicated space for craft stuff
