yeah, but mom, dad and bud are living here and mom and dad are apparently going to just take the house over. idk. they lost the other house because the morgage company refused payment so when they filed bankruptcy they lost the house. the house isn't even worth saving now that asshole that's supposed to be doing to roof still after 18 months has not got the roof done and since he half-assed covered the roof where he removed the tiles, rain has destroyed the inside of the house. the floors are ruined the walls, most of the ceilings have collapsed. part of j's floor collapsed. it's bullshit. the mortgage company hired this guy and it's somehow mom and dad's fault the loser won't finish his job. he even had the balls to call dad a few weeks back to tell him he won't be finishing the roof. don't know how that's gonna play out in court, but we'll see. even worse mom and dad are spending money like they don't have a care in the world then bitch because they don't have money.
