Males usually struggle with women and viceversa, it's because males are much confident in male's proportions and visuals.
I'll suggest you 2 ways you can improove your skills.
The first one it's tho draw a male sketch, and then change those differences between woman and man, like shoulders, hips, waist etc
The second one it's a bit harder: you can re-learn the figure at all.
Take some artist you like with a simple style (like anime) with good proportions and try to understand their way to draw female figures.
You'll improove in both cases : )
