It shouldn't be. There is a specific section in the Second Life TOS that states that all users are granted a license to use screenshots as their own photography, and that by offering their items for sale, content creators also grant the same license.
Tell that to the dA admins. I have, and they won't buy it.
content creators grant the use license to *wear* their creations in screenshots, is what I mean.
