The owner of the site thefuckingweather.com was having hosting issues. Some people were using his site to grab data for their own creations, much like my Rainmeter skin. ...unlike them, I had a 15 minute wait to reload the data, while theirs polled it constantly. Eventually, he was exceeding the amount of RAM or whatever he was allowed to use, and he had to move servers. On the new server he exceeded that limit 40x in the first day. So, he had to block those connections. (much like accuweather for Rainmeter) He said he'd be working on a new Rainmeter skin, but due to him blocking connections he's having trouble making a skin that would work and would still allow him to block some connections.
