pff I don´t really have talent, trust me xP it´s mostly years of stubborn practice, when i started drawing I was really really bad xD that´s why I´d like to think that persistence is more important than talent 
I think you have major talent too. That's the problem with me, getting past the fact my art won't be like those around me right away and that it takes a lot of time and effort. I expect too much outta myself rip. <3 But this does help a lot ^-^
You do have a good eye for art, it makes sense that it make starting even tougher. I think it´s best to focus on what motivates you to draw, like drawing your characters and stories and not worrying too much about how it looks
