I mostly write fanfiction, but my creative writing classes have been encouraging me to work on more original pieces. I'm thinking of uploading some of my poetry and short stories at some point, and this seems like a good place to share. And there's a lot of helpful looking resources too, so that's nice.
I'm curious, what's the generally accepted courtesy for submitting stories with multiple chapters to the gallery? Is it best to just submit the first?

Hi there! I'm glad to hear you think he group seems like a great place to start sharing your writing, as for your question, we leave that choice up to you. We do have a 'first chapter' folder dedicated to the first chapter of any story, while the 'ongoing stories' and 'fanfic' folders accepts multiple chapters. A lot of members do continue to upload their chapters weekly, or as they write them, while others may just choose to submit a few, it's up to the individual. A suggestion would be to stagger uploads though, and perhaps not submit five chapters at once
