Not going to lie, worldbuilding as a task sounds bloody daunting. Having to balance what is spelled out for the audience and what can either be left to their imaginations or can be assumed by what was spelled out is something that is entirely beyond me. What kind of story have you been planning?
It's not as bad as all that. Consider a World like a Character, build the bones and it fleshes out as you progress :3
