Hmm, yes, I THINK I know what you mean... is it the feeling that those drawings exist BEFORE you draw them? I get that sometimes and wonder what it's about: consciousness/unconsciousness? Individual/collective? Connections through history/time??
In a way, yes. I feel the movements and interactions beforehand, and what's done by my hands is a portrait or snapshot of what's felt I guess. I tend to view what I draw as expressionism, so I guess it comes from something fundamental that I can't put my finger on. But you're on the right track, I just know it
