too right, I did the same when I was one of the most popular designers around (kakkr) I made osec, whats to stop me now haha.
hahaha ... but honestly, I'm loving the whole new direction mate, love the logo it to me represents a home ( house ) shape of sorts, like a home for design , great stuff
