It can't be that bad. Your gallery shows that you know what you are doing .
Let's start with the software, are you having problems with software Photoshop or do you know how to use it ?

My biggest issues is shading it's always been a issue for me. Photoshop, But I know Photoshop well and it's works fine, I guess it's the brushes is the most problems if we talk about software.

Well as far as brushes. I find they tend to distract artists from the fundamentals. I mostly work with round brushes because I'm still getting used to the basics and I find I get mostly what I need there.
I would suggest you don't worry too much about brush packs etc... I know many awesome artists offer their brush packs as if the magic to their skill was in there.
The truth is they are awesome because they drew thousands upon thousands of pieces until the fundamentals became ingrained in their eyes and in their wrists. Special brushes become icing on the cake at that point. We're still learning how to make the cake right :D

As for getting good at shading, I'm afraid there is no shortcut.
I recommend practicing the many tutorials available online. and most importantly drawing from reference. Many people underestimate the value of using reference but that is how you learn. After practicing with reference for a few years you'll find you need it less and less and only look for it when you draw something you've never drawn before.

This piece has pretty awesome shading. How did you create this one ?

Sorry for the late response, but I had school and army on my hand. I took your advice and practice shading. I can't adjust to digital as quickly as paper, but I am getting a hand of it. I gladly accept all the help form a master like you. I want all the help I can get.
PS that picture was graphic design for class. I use real Snake's and... Some magic in Photoshop a while back... like beginning of high school so I forgot... he he.
And truly thank you so very much for what you showed me this far. I really really appreciate it.

No worries, most of us hobbyists have day jobs besides the art world so I understand.
That's what is nice about DA, you can take it at your own pace.

My help is pretty basic I'm afraid though I'm glad you appreciate it.
If you want some real inspiration from a master I recommend, If you havent already, that you look at :iconartgerm: livestream videos.
livestream.com/stanleyartgerml…

Each piece you click on has 10 to 16 videos of other pieces. also all his videos are at normal speed so you get to see how long he takes to think about his next brush stroke etc... and best of all, its free. Truly generous of such a master who could easily charge for access to those videos.
It's really a treasure trove I think I watched all of them and you eventually start understanding the thought process. I would actually start a drawing and start the video at the same time to see how me speed compares to the boss !

And he's not the only one but he definitely has the longest free vids out there.
