It mostly means personal use only, although I consider hobby commissions (small fees) to be fine so long as the commissioner knows they cannot use it commercially. Commercial use (to me), involves intent to make a profit or mass production.

And I wanted to enter it into a competition that i won't be getting money for, and you have to cite your pictures if you got a stock from online and I just wanted to see if it was ok.
