The English scanlations are about 40 chapters behind, but they've been released a couple per month. It really depends on how many people are working on it, and recently we've been busy with other things. The other thing is that since the chapters are usually full of text (compared to other Jump titles like Naruto), it takes longer to translate the chapters. The Chinese scanlations are up to date with the latest chapter, so if you can't find the original Japanese raws, then you can look at these. You can find them originally on Baidu.
