If you're not a member I believe you have to join the group first :3
If you are already a member then here are two steps:
1) On the main page there should be a button allmost at the top that says "Submit Art" :3
2) If that doesn't work, then go to "Gallery" and click "Submit to this gallery" then, "Contribute an existing deviation" then select the right category for the art you wanna post, then select the art you wanna post :3 Then at last you click submit and BOOM! it's done x3
