Well thank you for the offer! The only thing I guess would be ways to engage group members more, if you have any ideas. The only things I know of are contests, but prizes are necessary for that...and I pretty much have got nothing to offer. So if you know of any other thing that works for engaging group members, I'd love to know!

I'm in a group where we have contests, and there aren't point or cash prizes--just free commissions or requests from members who volunteer. So I guess those prizes are incentive enough for people to join the contest. Maybe you could try that. I feel like contests are a great part of engaging group members!
And, not to say that I don't like the group icon (official art is always awesome), but maybe a group icon contest would get people to be more engaged...maybe? And maybe moving winner entries to a special featured folder or something could be part of the prizes.
