Okay, my notice has been pushed down into the comment thread, so I'm reposting it here again so everyone can see 
ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS! If you're here to ask why your art has expired, I'm here to say that I have (sort of) a reason.
Essentially, some submissions are not appearing for us admins to accept. We are not sure what is causing this, but nevertheless we are not sure what to do.
However, the show must go on! So please, link your expired drawings below this comment and say which folder you would like them to be submitted to. I check DeviantArt once a day, so it shouldn't take too long for me to get your picture displayed.
Sorry for the inconvenience, and as always, stay creative!

to tell the truth it happens to everything I submit and this is the only group where I have such a problem..
Really? Everything? I am so, so sorry about this. A lot of people's submissions do come through to us, but it seems that a very select few people's submissions are not appearing. I didn't ralise that none of yours were appearing though.

My art was submitted to the gallery only after I had told you that I have a problem with submission. It happened maybe once that it was normally accepted.

If you feel that it is too much hassle having to link the drawings, then it's okay if you want to leave the group. You will be sorely missed though, not all members are as polite and understanding about the situation as you have been

As there is no answer and the deviation I wrote about is still waiting and next one is also waiting for approval, I decided to leave the group. What a pity, because I find the group interesting, but I am tired with the situation.
Sorry to see you go. I'm so sorry about this whole situation, and I apologise for not being able to get back to you sooner.( I have been away with my family on a road trip and have had no time to check DeviantArt) I did notify the other admins and asked them to take over this issue in my absence, but obviously they didn't, and this has unfortunately affected you as well.

I tried, but it helped only with the first submitted drawing after I rejoined.
If I submitted a thing on 25th of July, is it possible it will be accepted or it's too long and it means nobody sees it?

Just curious, but do you notice this problem affecting particular folders more than other?
So far I've this problem with 2 fan arts. One of them I've tried withdrawing and resubmitting before it eventually expired. And maybe it's just my imagination, but there seems to be fewer fan arts than usual in group submission. So maybe it's the folder itself that got bugged
That is certainly very possible. Unfortunately, we as admins can't tamper with the folders since the group settings that allow us to do that are not turned on. I'm waiting for the group founder to return (which they will) and this should hopefully get sorted out as they ought to be able to fix it.
We will definitely take a look to see if the fanart folder is part of the issue specifically when we reach that point though. Thank you for your suggestion!
