So.... Its a pokemon ripoff?
not really, it's an old series, it's usually been the rival series of pokemon, it's different, trust me on that. there's a lot of fan war between which is better, but I choose not to pick sides and say they are both equal...digimon tends to get A LOT more violent than pokemon though, and you don't collect other digimon, and your digimon is usually in a small form most the time, and turns back to a small form after the battle
Oh OK then.
I have one suggestion for your partner if I add you to the comic, a digimon called syakomon, in it's normal form, it's an adorable clam-like creature with a slimy body within the shell, its next form is a giant killer squid with razor sharp claws on it's tentacles and viscious teeth, the form after that is a huge half-squid half-demon man, then it's final form is a gigantic red crocodile that's based off leviathan and has a gold plated stomache and like 50,000,000 teeth
