Posting complaints hoping you can change the mind of some one who didn't care enough to make their own art in the first place wont accomplish much. The only way to get them off DA is to contact the rights holder and encourage them to contact DA.
Why are you telling me this? I know this. It's not exactly true, but I know the reporting process on DA. >: I think you meant to sent this message to whoever I was talking to... but that was about a year ago. I don't think it matters much now.
