LOL Oops! Should I make an announcement next time? Would that help? B/c I totally can keep a separate journal entry to announce when new threads start. That's a pretty good idea.

Yes! Here, let me give you one that isn't so Teal Deer because this will be a while:
Basically, as you guys were walking back from the lady's place after stealing the map, everyone went shopping for new supplies to get the heck out of Electrum City. While they were in the stables preparing for the next journey, they heard a noise--it sounded like some kids messing with a cat, and it was yowling. Cory went to go investigate, only to find a young boy, maybe 14 or 15, on the roof who fired a net gun at her, entangling her in a net.

More boys appeared and began to attack the group with those same net guns, while their leader sneaked around the side of the stable to challenge Kierevar. There, the two went toe-to-toe. Seamus tried to help Kier by throwing another barrel, but the boy's leader heard him sneak up and shanked him (for nearly half of Seamus' hp in one blow) to send a message to Kier that their fight was strictly one-on-one. Meanwhile, the boy began to taunt Kier, and the group heard things about Kier's unsavory past: He may have burned down an orphanage, and he may be a murderer. The boy then demanded the map.

Meanwhile, the group struggled with the remaining boys, who proved to be almost too much for them. As Coriander bested one boy, he drank a potion and began to fly away--Cory could have easily killed him, but spared him since he was just a kid.

Another boy managed to bag Seamus in a net, which tipped off the boy's leader as to who had the map. Another tried to fly away with bagged!Seamus. But the party flew into action and Seamus managed to get free, just in time for Cory to accidentally mortally wound another boy. By then, the boys knew they were outnumbered. Collecting their wounded, they flew away, but not before Renna pegged several of them with their arrows, and I think Seamus hit the leader with a barrel.

After that, the group decided to get the heck out of Electrum City as quickly as possible, which they did. Along the way, as you'll see in the forum, they ran into a wandering healer who has offered his services. Kier does not like the healer's dog.

Other things:
+ The group isn't sure what the leader of the boys was. He was clearly humanoid, but had white hair and dark skin, and mismatched eyes. He's not dark enough to be a drow, nor are his ears pointed.

+ Renna said if the boys killed her she would haunt them until the day they die. "You're going to be haunting me for a really long time lady..." one of the boys said, so the group wonders if the boys are perhaps immortal in some way.
