Hi,I'm trying to set up my press keys , but it is not working , none of them respond, I have try everything ,I uninstall all the drivers and install them again , restart the computer, unable the touch-pad mouse, literally everything

As for your issue, please check:
1.Whether the indicator of the tablet will light up when you press the express keys?
2. Check if the device shows connected in the driver interface?
3. Check if you have enabled the hard express key in the express keys of driver setting?
4. Please try to set up the express key as letters or numbers in a document to see if it works.
5. In the software, please try to use the keyboard or mouse to test to see if it can work. If the function cannot be implemented in the keyboard or mouse, the driver cannot be implemented too.
6. Check if the anti-virus software is turned off.

there was one time that they worked, but then idk what happened, they just stoped

what is os? I sent everything but that and the video , i'll film it tomorrow morning (nz timezone)
