I'm really impressed by the themes you make for Linux. Well done!
Coming from Windows Themes, can you please tell me if there's a software you use to create them?
I see that each GUI like gnome or unity is using a different approach and I'm guessing you're using some software to generate these files after you create each UI element, right?
I found GTK Theme Maker but it's really outdated and making a matching theme for gtk3, gtk2, unity, etc. can be really time consuming.
So is there a clean way to do it?

I used brackets to write the codes of my themes and inkscape to make UI elements and materials.

thanks for the info my friend! so there's no magic software to design the themes and export theme automatically for all gtk versions.
is it really time consuming to make a theme compatible with all gtk versions, unity etc?

I didn't find particularly good handy tool to design themes yet, so the most thing I want is a magic software to design themes more simply. I don't know the situation of other designers, maybe they have better tools to make themes, but I'm still designing themes by writing css codes. so! It's really gona take a little more time to compatible with all gtk versions and desktops, unity etc.

Really interesting that no one made such a software. Specially since Linux is such a customizable platform. Guess I'll stick with Windows themes for now. Thanks for all the info.

I really want to make such a software, but I don't know programme, so I can just wish some software developer will do that job.

Yeah, me neither... but there's has to be some coder out there who's a real linux enthusiast and who could make this kind of software.
Not sure where to start looking.. maybe opening a thread here on the deviant art forum?
