Do you by chance know the best way to make non-T-posed model a T-posed?
Really needed....

Well, The way I do is:
 I simply load a model that isnt T-Pose ,

For example an A-Posed model (DOA5 Models)
I simply pose them to an T-Pose, plus the fingers (For easier posing too, But if you dont want to its fine)

Then i open the Control Window and i go to the Modify tab, Then in the ''Save Generic_Item" i mark the checkbox: Modify armature according to the current pose , Then i just save.

Aaaaannnd thats actually it..

Ahh, i see
The thing is, A-posed models are not much of a problem when it comes to posing...
However, the real pain in ass starts when you start posing models from games like Batman(Arkham Series), Withcer, Mass Effect, The Last of Us and etc...
Futhermore, XPS refuses to work on my PC for whatever reason so i have to stick with Blender

Maybe it's somehow possible to apply an already-made "T-pose" on them?
i'm just not really sure how to pose them proprely without mesh deformations....

Only if someone made a .Pose File for the model you're using.
