I feel this is one of the challenge we sometimes face as an artist, where we got our artworks stolen and people take benefit on it. WHere should I report this?

Its probably a phising website which means its not actually being sold except used as a scam.
Regardless they need to be stopped, you can report this site by reporting it through google, just look up reportiing websites on google and it should bring you to a pace that you can report it to!
