So, chickens will eventually be made into MYOs -- which means you'll basically get to customize the design to your liking. Any existing uploaded Chickens may be redesigned, or left as is.

My thoughts is that the Chicken eggs you find will be renamed something else, and instead will have the possibility to contain any type of MYO companion -- when you go to get it hatched, it'll roll a random species as well as the bonus for it <:

If you want to, you can hold onto your "chicken" eggs until that update rolls out, or, you can have it rolled now as a chicken and use the genes for a basis on a design! It's really up to you ^^
