Alright, I'll do my best! 
I'll start with the positives of your art: I really like your chibis! Your coloring is done very well, your lineart is smooth, and for the most part, your proportions are good.
I'd recommend you try desaturating your colors and/or softening your shading or maybe trying cel-shading, as sometimes it can look quite jarring. I've noticed some of your proportions get weird in your non-chibi art, mainly your legs can be too short and your arms can get either uneven or too long. Drawing a skeleton before you sketch can be helpful for proportions.

I know, arms and legs weird me out all the time and I never really feel super confident when I draw full bodies for that reason
