You better ask about it just in case. 
no, there are too many differences. it's clear here that (if) they were inspired by Minkie, but didn't want to make it obvious by selecting different colors and having a short mane. it's not my artwork, so technically I cannot do anything. there's also a chance that her resemblance to Minkie pie is purely coincidental, and calling her out would not only be awkward, but rude. if she WAS inspired by Minkie, her attempt to copy her is morally wrong, but the number of differences make it so there's nothing anyone can do.
That’s fair, but her amount of recolors and possibly stolen art doesn’t help.
