I took around six collective hours, I believe, making those Frisk sprites.
And, well, my sprites can be implemented into a game maker software tool thingy to make sprites and GIFs out of. It's actually much simpler than you'd think, but the main thing here is how you're going to code, to make it all come together. Coding is the main thing with all games, not just some. But, yeah, I use Game Maker Studio 1, though YoYoGames (the guys that make Game Maker) have just upgraded to Game Maker Studio 2, which is dramatically different than its predecessor.
