probably not. She's from a smaller tribe in Canada most pre war cultural things like dance have been lost and replaced with new norms. Some one would have to teach her how to do it. I doubt she would bother learning how.

No Chista is more focused on survival in the wasteland not learning strange dance moves.
Okay. Can she sit on someone?
Yes. Nothing like pinning a raider down with her butt while she asks some questions. Its a good way of keeping them from running away or trying something.
