No, I'm afraid I haven't thought much about entanglement (or, at least, that definition of "entanglement" -- my first thought was quantum entanglement)!  Peptides are often too short, and we're usually designing them to fold, so that they won't end up entangled.  Entanglement of polymer chains is definitely an interesting phenomenon, but not one that I've illustrated before.
