Hi. I'm the production manager of a large CGI project, Terminator: The Connor Chronicles. It's a 13 episode series continuing from the end of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, entirely fan made. We have two episodes written, a full voice cast, full writing staff, storyboarder, and a fully functioning website and forum.
What we need is CGI staff, specifically anyone experienced with Blender. We need modelers and animators, texture mappers, effects artists. We also need help with storyboarding. The work is purely volunteer, no pay. We're fully aware how massive an undertaking this is, but it's also something that's never been done before.
If you're a 3D artist, we obviously want your help, but we also need good 2D artists for storyboard images. The work would be reading finished scripts and then reproducing the content as images for the CGI staff to use. The drawings would have to be black and white sketches, with some detail, no more, no less.
