Oh yes, I'm familiar with Joe's stories. Very exciting! I agree that they are all good in their own right! 
I appreciate your suggestion about making a book, but I will never sell it; the intent all along -- oh, so many years ago when we first wrote it -- was to inspire others to write their own crossdressing tales.
I do hope to update it one day and finish the final chapters, but that is more work than I am able to take on at present.

Haha! Like I said, I hope to one day, but that is a lot of work and I'm not able to do it right now. Sorry, but that's how it is. 
Can't speak for anyone else but personally I'd rather pay for an incomplete version, than risk never getting a free full version.
It'd just be a shame to lose it.
