funny, i'd actually opened that file recently and added some notes/art for this year. i'd say i've definitely improved in some ways—less angry, less toxic, opening up a bit again—but there's definitely still a sizable mess i need to work through, and i wonder when it'll stop feeling so... urgent. all things considered, things haven't been bad.
